　　据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2025年4月11日，芬兰Nokia Technologies Oy、芬兰Nokia Corporation根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定具有视频功能的笔记本电脑、台式计算机、手持式计算机、平板电脑、电视、投影仪及其组件和模块（Certain Video-Capable Laptop, Desktop Computers, Handheld Computers, Tablets, Televisions, Projectors, and Components and Modules Thereof）违反了美国337条款。

　　美国Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、中国台湾地区Acer Inc. of Taiwan、中国台湾地区ASUSTeK Computer Inc. of Taiwan、美国ASUS Computer International of Fremont, CA、中国山东Hisense Co., Ltd. of China、美国Hisense USA Corporation of Suwanee, GA、美国Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation of Suwanee, GA为列名被告。
